notrack.ai: actually free, no account or card
notrack.ai asks for no account, card, or daily message limit, in 46 languages. The free tier shows promotions; a Plus plan at $14 a month removes them and expands memory within a conversation. Conversations are kept for 30 days, then deleted.
Free means different things depending on the service: sometimes it's a trial with a counter, sometimes a weaker model. notrack.ai is free in the simplest sense: no account, no card, and no daily limit, with a separate paid plan for whoever wants more.

What it doesn't ask for to start
You don't need an email, phone number, or credit card to open notrack.ai and type your first question. There's no daily message limit cutting the conversation in half, and the service works in 46 languages, so being free doesn't depend on which language you write in.
What the free tier brings, and what it's missing
The free chat shows promotions while you use it, and it remembers only the last 5,000 tokens or so of a conversation, so a long chat loses its beginning. Conversations are kept for 30 days so you can come back to them in this browser, then deleted; there is no profile unless you choose to make an account. That's a real limit, different from saying there are no limits at all.
What changes if you pay
A Plus plan, at $14 a month or $140 a year, removes the promotions and expands how much the model remembers within the same conversation, from 5,000 to 20,000 tokens, plus more photos a day and more responses read aloud. There's also a Pro plan at $49 a month for whoever needs more capacity.
The API, a separate product priced by usage
For developers, api.notrack.ai is compatible with OpenAI's format, runs on its own hardware, with no stored logs and no system prompt. It costs $0.25 per million input tokens and $1 per million output tokens, with prepaid credit and no monthly subscription; a new key comes with $1 of free credit for 7 days.
The one limit that doesn't change with the plan
Neither the free nor the paid version promises a total absence of rules: sexual content involving minors is always rejected, in any language and on any plan. Outside of that, the difference between free and paid is in memory within the conversation and in the promotions, not in what the chat agrees to answer.
How to know if the free version is enough for you
If you use the chat for short conversations and promotions don't bother you, the free version covers normal use with no daily message limit. If you need it to remember more within a long conversation, that's where the Plus plan starts to stand out against the free version's 5,000 tokens.
